FIGHTING FOR US
Mick grew up locally, he went to school in Scarborough and is raising his family with his wife Claire, and three children in North Lakes. Mick knows what our area needs to make it an even better place to live, work and raise a family.
As a refinery operator at the Ampol Lytton Oil refinery since 2005, Mick knows the importance of good local jobs. That’s why he has spent years fighting to ensure Australian industry and manufacturing is supported to keep locals in good secure jobs. Mick will always stand up for Aussie workers and Aussie jobs.
Like many locals, Mick has lived through the growth in our region. While the Federal Liberal Government has let down our region, Mick Denton will fight for:
✅ Greater investment in local hospitals and protecting Medicare;
✅ Australian manufacturing to create secure Australian jobs, more apprenticeships and traineeships; and
✅ Upgraded local roads and infrastructure to ensure you can spend less time in traffic and more time with your family.
